Our policy is to give you a 100% satisfaction. You can return all products within 30 days of delivery. You are eligible for a full refund excluding shipping costs. To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘returned goods’. If, for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it, un-opened and in its original condition to our address. No questions asked. To request a refund, or if you have a problem with your order, please contact us first, and then send your order back. Refunds will be made using the payment processor that the order was initially created with. Alternatively, you may wish to exchange order for another product. Unfortunately if you fail to collect package from post office (eg. because of incorrect address):  order is NOT eligible for reshipment / refund.
